Raspberry Spiked Chocolate Brownie


  • 1 1/2 cups Wholesome raspberries
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa


Preheat oven to 355 °F. Place chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat – stir until melted and smooth.

Mix sugar and eggs in a bowl. Add the melted chocolate. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa to the mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet (lined with non-stick baking paper or simply oiled before pouring in mixture). Top the mixture with Wholesome raspberries and bake for 30 minutes. When ready, set aside to cool for a few minutes. Serve with cream or vanilla ice-cream and enjoy
